In addition, if someone is calling on your behalf, you will need to give up permission to discuss your bill with him/her.
IF YOU RECEIVE A STATEMENT
We have made every effort to make our statements as patient friendly however you still may have questions. Please remember it always helps to have your Encounter # available when you call. The Encounter Number is located under the Account Summary Section half-way down the left hand side of your statement.
St. Vincent’s Heath Services takes all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, American Express and DISCOVER. A Customer Service Representative can also assist you in setting up a mutually agreeable, interest free payment plan.
