How Do I Make An Appointment? 

We are best able to serve you by appointment. Please call (203) 576-5131 to make an appointment. We are open Monday though Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. 

Interpreters are available when you call and when you see the doctor in The Family Health Center.
