St. Vincent's and the SWIM Across the Sound offers this program to breast cancer survivors who have recently undergone surgery or those who are further along in their recovery. A St. Vincent's Clinical Nurse Specialist in Oncology and an Occupational Therapist certified in lymphedema management will provide information on scar management techniques, skin care, lymphedema precautions and risks, exercise, and the side effects and management of chemotherapy and radiation.  

The meetings are held once every other month from 4:30pm to 5:30pm in the Level 3-South Conference Room at St. Vincent's Medical Center.
