Before Your Procedure Date
You will be called prior to your procedure date to preregister. We will ask you for demographic and insurance information. We will advise you at that time that if you have a copay or deductible, it is due at time of registration. If necessary, you will be referred to a financial counselor.
If you will be an inpatient, Short Stay or Ambulatory patient, you will receive a call from a nurse the day or evening before to give you your time and instructions.
