Telephones and Cell phones

Cell phones are permitted in certain areas of the Medical Center. Signs are posted to designate locations. Please look for posted signs or ask a healthcare professional where cell phone use is permissible.

St. Vincent's provides local telephone service FREE of charge to all our patients. For local calls, patients should dial “9”, “203” and then the 7-digit local number. For long distance, patients should dial “9” and then “0,” you will be connected to the local operator who will place a collect or credit card phone call for you.
