Guest Trays

If you're visiting a loved one in the hospital and would like to eat your meal in their room, guest trays are available and will be delivered directly to the patient's room for you.  To order a guest tray, begin by purchasing a ticket from the cafeteria cashier. An order can then be placed along with the patient by calling the Taste of Excellence Patient Room Service phone number.  

To place your orders, simply dial ext. 5300 from the room phone between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Your meal will be delivered to you within 45 minutes, at the same time that the patient receives his/her meal tray. Please remember to give the purchased ticket to the food ambassador who will deliver your food.
