Physical Therapy

Physical therapy services play an important role in the management of musculoskeletal injuries. Early intervention with therapy  has been shown to reduce the time needed to  restore a patient's form, strength, range of motion, and overall function following a musculoskeletal injury. Injuries can be as a result of a work injury, sports or exercise participation, or can just occur due to changes to our bodies due to aging.

Our Physical Therapy approach helps improve impaired physical function, relieve and control pain, and  prevent further disability. In addition, we feature an active educational program to help prevent the occurrence of future injuries.

St. Vincent's Urgent Care Walk-In center's Physical Therapy Program utilizes the most up-to-date techniques and equipment available to help get clients back to form and function quickly and cost-effectively.

Treatment planning may target any of the following areas:

  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Coordination
  • Range of Motion
