Our centers have complete diagnostic services including Lab, EKG, and X-ray. Our centers, located in Bridgeport, Shelton, Fairfield and Monroe, are the area’s most extensive network of community healthcare providers. Download the brochure.

Payment and insurance coverage
We offer significant discounts to those who are 'self-pay'. Please speak with our receptionist in person to discuss your charges and methods of payment prior to your appointment. PLEASE NOTE: We can not quote fees over the phone.
Will I be covered?
The only way we can know for sure that you will be covered by insurance for a pending procedure of service is to see your insurance card in person. Therefore, this information can not be determined by phone. You must come to one of our walk-in facilities and present your insurance card to us prior to service for us to determine coverage.
