Women at Heart at St. Vincent’s Regina L. Cozza Center, is a FREE heart care program, especially for women. This program reflects St. Vincent's commitment to heart-related diagnosis, education and treatment for women. Through the use of leading- edge technology, St. Vincent's Regional Heart & Vascular Center can help with early detection, diagnosis and proper treatment of heart disease in women.
So much can be done to lower risks, detect problems early, and treat them effectively. With a designated women’s program like Women at Heart, St. Vincent's offers a unique program to care for women's special needs.
Women at Heart sponsors many events throughout the year, including a full lecture series to help you stay informed, get to know yourself through assessments and screening and learn how to get and stay healthy through nutrition, fitness and other classes, lectures and workshops.

Women’s Heart Disease Risk
If you have conditions or habits that can lead to heart disease, such as smoking, being overweight, or not getting enough physical activity, what you may not realize is that with even one risk factor, you are much more likely to develop heart disease.
