St. Vincent's SWIM Women's Imaging Center is an American College of Radiology (ACR) accredited full-service state-of-the-art digital imaging center.
The center provides a comfortable atmosphere, convenient, easy to schedule day and evening appointments, and a gentle approach to minimally invasive diagnostic procedures that ensure early detection and faster results. Digital mammography, bone density testing and ultrasound are all available in one location.

St. Vincent’s SWIM Women’s Imaging Center continues in its quest to bring the benefits of regular breast cancer screening to more residents of Connecticut through their Mobile Mammography Coach. A sleek, spacious vehicle outfitted with the latest digital technology, the Mobile Mammography Coach travels and screens patients throughout the state. The Elizabeth M. Pfriem SWIM Center for Cancer Care
The Elizabeth M. Pfriem SWIM Center for Cancer Care is accredited with commendation by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons.
Criteria for accreditation include a relationship with the American Cancer Society (ACS) and a representative from the ACS is a member of our Hospital Committee on Cancer.
