SWIM Center for Cancer Care
was developed with the philosophy that comprehensive cancer care should be delivered under one roof, seamlessly coordinating a multitude of complex services.
Our Cancer Center team offers patients high quality care with state-of-the-art technology in their own neighborhood. St. Vincent’s multidisciplinary approach to cancer care promotes multiple opinions and treatment options among different medical and oncologic specialties, so patients can benefit from group decision-making.
Offering you a full spectum of care
Our services encompass the full spectrum of cancer care and include community outreach, screening and prevention, diagnostic services, surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation therapy, interventional oncology, clinical trials, dedicated inpatient and outpatient cancer units, palliative care, pain management, integrative oncology, support services, patient and provider education and survivorship. We are fully accredited with commendation from the American College of Surgeon’s Commission on Cancer.
We offer healing environments for our cancer patients and are dedicated to taking care of the whole person - body, mind and spirit. Our dedicated integrative oncology program consisting of a team of specialists will work to design complimentary approaches to standard medicine.

The Elizabeth M. Pfriem SWIM Center for Cancer Care is accredited with commendation by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons.
Criteria for accreditation include a relationship with the American Cancer Society (ACS) and a representative from the ACS is a member of our Hospital Committee on Cancer.
