Directions
From Merritt Parkway North:
Take Exit 52 (Route 8 North towards Waterbury), then take Exit 11 (Huntington Road). At end of ramp take left. Take right onto Bridgeport Avenue. At 4th light take left (2 Trap Falls Road). Immediate Healthcare Center will be on the right side, across from Bank of America.

From Merritt Parkway South:
Take Exit 52 (Route 8 North-Waterbury) stay in right lane. Follow above directions.

From Route 8 North:
Take Exit 11 (Huntington Road); at end of ramp take left. Go to 1st light and take right onto Bridgeport Avenue. Take left at 4th light. (Trap Falls Road). Immediate Healthcare Center will be on the right side, across from Bank of America.

From Route 8 South:
Take Exit 12. Take right on Old Stratford Road. At light, take left onto Bridgeport Avenue. At 2nd light take right onto Trap Falls Road. Immediate Healthcare Center will be on the right side, across from Bank of America.
