Directions
From Merritt Parkway Southbound:
Take Exit 48. End of ramp take left. Proceed one mile down road. Across from Brookside Shopping Center, Immediate Healthcare Center will be on left side.  

From Merritt Parkway Northbound:
End of ramp take right. Proceed one mile down road. Across from Brookside Shopping Center, Immediate Healthcare Center will be on left side. 

From Route 8 North and Southbound:
Take Merritt Parkway Exit and follow Merritt Parkway Southbound directions above.
