During this class you will learn about the labor & delivery process, breathing/relaxation techniques, positioning/comfort measures, pain medication options/anesthesia, and more. Classes are held one Saturday per month (one-time session) from 12:00pm-6:30pm or two consecutive Mondays from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Advanced registration is required. There is a minimum of 4 couples/class required for class. The fee for this class is $150.
