Radiation Oncology

Accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR), St. Vincent's Radiation Oncology performs therapy treatments with highly specialized equipment utilizing external beam treatment with 3-D treatment plans, Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) or treatment for palliation. The division also performs high dose rate (HDR) and low dose rate (LDR) brachytherapy to include prostate seed implants, lung, gynecological and breast internal radiation.
