Co-sponsored by St. Vincent’s SWIM Across the Sound and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Family Support Group is intended for adult patients, family members and friends who are coping with a diagnosis of leukemia, multiple myeloma, lymphoma, and Hodgkin’s disase.

Prostate Cancer Support Group
Co-sponsored by St. Vincent’s SWIM Across the Sound, Prostate Cancer Institute, and Us Too, the Prostate Cancer Support Group provides information, support and resources to men being treated for prostate cancer and those recovering from treatment.

Prostate Cancer Buddy Network
A peer support program that links newly diagnosed prostate cancer patients with prostate cancer survivors for support and first hand information that will be helpful in making decisions and overcoming the disease. Contact Information for the Prostate Cancer Buddy Network: 203-576-5582.

Cancer Chat
If you are currently in treatment and receiving chemotherapy or radiation or have had treatment in the past 12 months, this discussion series is designed for you. Topics include feelings, family interactions, communication issues, sexual concerns, faith and finances. Call 576-6158 for dates and times.

Cancer Lecture Series
Lectures featuring physicians, psychotherapists, nurses, nutritionists, etc that discuss topics of interests generated from patients, families and support groups.
