YOU ARE NOT ALONE.    At the SWIM Center for Cancer two Breast Cancer Nurse Navigators provide timely, supportive care and education to patients and their families facing the diagnosis of breast cancer.  These specially trained nurses listen, comfort, educate, answer questions, and are a link to available support services.  Patients and their families can rest assured they are not on your own at this difficult time.  The nurse navigators are advocates who will be alongside you from the time of diagnosis through treatment, recovery and on to survivorship.
