Send a Greeting to a Patient
Please complete the following form if you wish to send a greeting to a patient at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Your email will become a note that is personally delivered to the patient by one our volunteers.
NOTE: During the week, our goal is to deliver greetings within 24 hours of receiving them. Messages sent late Friday afternoon into the weekend may take a little longer to deliver.
