Accreditation St. Vincent's Medical Center is accredited for continuing medical education by both the Connecticut State Medical Society and is an approved provider of Continuing Nursing Education by the Connecticut Nurses' Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. The symposium has been approved by St. Vincent's Medical Center for a maximum of 3 credit hours in Category 1 toward the AMA PRATM. Each physician should claim only those hours that he/she actually spent in the activity. Nurses will receive 3 continuing education credits.
