Day Programs for Adults with Special Needs

St. Vincent’s CHANGING IMAGES Programs provide "playing" (recreating) and "learning" and care to individuals with complex developmental disabilities.

St. Vincent’s Healthy Hearts Club is open to all cardiac patients, their families and friends. We present cardiac-related programs and lectures inconjunction with the Women At Heart program, offer blood pressure checks, informal social support and sponsor group trips.


Introduction to Cancer Treatment Class

A short individualized class led by an oncology nurse to help patients undergoing individualized treatment to prepare for chemotherapy, radiation therapy or surgery.


Look Good Feel Better Program

St. Vincent's Look Good Feel Better program, co-sponsored by St. Vincent's SWIM Across the Sound and the American Cancer Society, is a supportive first step toward renewed self-esteem and self-confidence for women undergoing radiation and /or chemotherapy treatment.


Massage for Cancer Patients and Survivors

Manual therapy through massage reduces tension and stress, increases circulation, reduces fatigue and nausea and aids in the healing process.
