Developed by cardiologists at the St. Vincent's Regional Heart & Vascular Center, this comprehensive screening is a unique gender-specific assessment based on the latest research and developments in women's heart health. You will be given a report that profiles your cardiac health and provides you with an action plan to lower your risks and improve your health.

The 45-minute screening is conducted by a registered nurse in the new office and outpatient pavilion at the Medical Center. It will include the following areas: height, weight, body composition/fat analysis, resting heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol, lipids, blood sugar, physical fitness evaluation and nutritional evaluation.
Based on testing results and values, you will receive an individualized cardiovascular action plan. If problems are detected, you will be referred back to your physician or a St. Vincent's cardiologist for follow-up.
