This class will teach you the basics of breastfeeding. Taking a free prenatal breastfeeding class helps prepare you for what to expect and provides clear, consistent information before you deliver. Topics include benefits, importance of exclusive breastfeeding, rooming-in, skin to skin and feeding cues. These instructions will increase your understanding and confidence when you deliver. Advanced registration is required. This class is free.
Dates: Classes are held on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00am–12:00pm and the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm–8:30pm
