St. Vincent's Look Good Feel Better program, co-sponsored by St. Vincent's SWIM Across the Sound and the American Cancer Society, is a supportive first step toward renewed self-esteem and self-confidence for women undergoing radiation and /or chemotherapy treatment. By promoting emotional recovery, the program helps women look and feel their best by providing female cancer patients with the information and resources they need to manage the hair-loss and cosmetic side effects of treatment. Renewed self-esteem, self-confidence and emotional recovery from cancer treatment are addressed so that women can look and feel their best. This two-hour program is held monthly but specific dates vary so PLEASE CALL the SWIM Support line for the current schedule. Reservations are required to attend this program. Lunch is provided. Free parking with validated ticket.
