Our Mission
We seek to advance medical or healthcare knowledge through education and relieve or enhance any ongoing public healthcare efforts and provide the highest quality primary care services to children and adults of all ages who are uninsured or underinsured, low-income, handicapped, homeless, frail elderly or homebound.
Community Services
These services are delivered at St. Vincent’s Family Health Center, providing quality health care for the whole family in one convenient location regardless of ability to pay; the Seton Women’s Center, providing a private practice model for obstetrical and gynecological services to women of all ages in the community, who are uninsured or without resources, St. Vincent’s Neighborhood Health Center at the Thomas Merton Center Outreach Services, providing primary care to low income, handicapped, homeless, frail elderly and homebound persons; and the Parish Nurse Program which extends health care services through local churches and congregations of all denominations and faiths.
Each center is staffed with a team of St. Vincent’s skilled medical professionals and friendly, responsive staff, who are dedicated to helping you and your family stay healthy.
Interpreter services, including sign language and interpretation for the hearing impaired, are available at the Family Health Center.
