Deb Gross is the manager of employee compensation at People's United Bank. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University and a Master's in organizational management and human resource development from Manhattanville College.

Deb became interested in St. Vincent's Patient and Family Advisory Board when her father was a patient at St.Vincent's in 2006. During his stay, she realized that the patient experience could be impacted by even very small changes and felt that the Patient and Family Advisory Board would be a great opportunity to see if those changes were feasible. She has already benefited from hearing the diverse perspectives from other members of the Board and feels that their collective efforts will help them to be successful in continuing to strengthen the patient and family experience.
