Roberta is a retired St. Vincent’s Medical Center nurse, in a career spanning 40 years. Just married and a new graduate from St. Mary’s Hospital School of Nursing in Waterbury, Roberta moved to Bridgeport and in 1960 applied to St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Roberta feels privileged to have worked with a very caring and dedicated professional staff until her retirement in 2000.
Roberta is a volunteer at the Monroe Library and spends much of her time with her three children and seven grandchildren.
Roberta considers it an honor to serve on the Patient and Family Advisory Board and hopes to share what she has experienced with patients and families in the OR environment.
