Prior to coming on board, Eaton was the Director of Management Services at Bradley Memorial Hospital and a staff nurse in the Emergency Department at Danbury Hospital. Eaton received her nursing diploma from Ona M.Wilcox School of Nursing, a bachelor of science in nursing from Central Connecticut State University and her master of science in nursing with an administration concentration from the University of Connecticut.
