Daniel S. Gottschall of Trumbull has been elected President of St. Vincent’s Medical Staff. Dr. Gottschall, also Vice Chairperson of the Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, joined the staff of St. Vincent’s Medical Center in 1997 after serving as Chief Resident and Clinical Instructor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT. He earned a bachelors degree in Theatrical Arts and Biology from the State University of New York at Binghamton, New York, and his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Gottschall has served in numerous hospital capacities at St. Vincent’s. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Medical Association. In his private practice, Dr. Gottschall is a member of Alliance for Women’s Health in Bridgeport. |
