- Expand Nursing Research to at least one project per department
- Increase number of nurses enrolled in professional organizations
- Graduate Nurse Residency Program results in positive trends/outcomes
- Nurses advocate for the profession at the state/national level
- Collaborate with HR to implement Leadership Development program at all levels
