Professional Qualifications

Dr. Harper graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and her Noninvasive Cardiology Fellowship at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield Massachusetts. She has served as the director of Noninvasive Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, the Congestive Heart Failure Clinic, and Women at Heart at St. Vincent's Medical Center. She continues to take an active role in teaching residents and students as well as seeing a broad range of cardiovascular diseases in her practice. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology.
