Margaret (Peg) Hardy, RN, CEN, MS, is vice president/executive director of St. Vincent’s Behavioral Health Services. Ms. Hardy joined St. Vincent’s Behavioral Health Services in February of 2010 as assistant vice president of nursing where she supervised nursing, rehabilitation and most recently the social work department improving the patient care experience.
Previously, Ms. Hardy served as the director of emergency services and critical care at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco, NY. Ms. Hardy worked at Northern Westchester Hospital since 1981 rising through the ranks from staff nurse to director, working in or managing various departments, including emergency, critical care, behavioral health services, quality management, occupational health and medical/surgical inpatient.
Ms. Hardy received her nursing degree in 1978 and a master of science in strategic leadership from Manhattanville College. She is presently completing the BSN to MSN program at St. Joseph’s College, School of Nursing in Windham, Maine.
