Kerry Eaton, senior vice president and chief operating officer at St. Vincent’s, oversees the pharmacy, laboratory, emergency department, walk-in/urgent care centers, case management & social work, information services, patient relations, engineering, facilities, environmental services, food & nutrition, all quality and performance improvement initiatives, patient safety, risk management, infection control, and Joint Commission Accreditation. 

She is passionate about the need to include the patient and family as partners in health care and established the Medical Center’s Patient Family Advisory Board. Ms. Eaton came to St. Vincent’s 17 years ago as the director of case management.Prior to joining the Medical Center, she was the director of management services at Bradley Memorial Hospital and a staff nurse in the Emergency Department at Danbury Hospital. 

She received her nursing diploma from Ona M. Wilcox School of Nursing, a bachelor of science in nursing from Central Connecticut State University and a master of science in nursing with an administration concentration from the University of Connecticut.
