Anthony Milano

Anthony V. Milano recently served as the interim president of the Connecticut State Housing Finance Authority.  He was a Distinguished Professor of Public Policy at Central Connecticut State University. 

He previously was chief executive officer of the Metropolitan District Commission in Hartford and served as the vice president and senior assistant to the chairman for public finance at Wright Investor’s Service. He also held the position of secretary of the Office of Policy and Management for the State.

Mr. Milano graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. He is the recipient of the Papal Honor of Knighthood in the Order of St. Gregory the Great from the Diocese of Bridgeport.
